Waist: 15" flat across from side seam to side seam but variable at least an inch up and can be cinched down several if needed

Here we have a lovely off-white dress made from silk chiffon detailed with dangling bead work on the bodice

Note that it was too tiny to close on the mannequin but does properly close - this also affected the fit at the front a bit - on a real girl it will fit tight the torso

The dress is cut wide across the shoulders with a scoop at both the front and the back
