The first thing to address in this is that I believe the black Pucci label in the top is a later add on

The dress is cut long and lean† with no defined waist until you cinch it in with the belt

The fabric is a semi-sheer finely woven silk gazar that has a hand screened

The shoulders are detailed with soft pleats gathered into panels across the shoulders and the wrapped design allows for a peek of skin at the neck.
