It still feels so fresh and modern even after all the years that have passed since it would have originally been made. The neck is gently scooped at the front with a little ties there and it softly blouses out to the waist. It is sleeveless with an angled cut that leads to the silk straps that wrap around the neck. The skirt flows to the floor in a perfect soft flowing
