Super gorgeous color scheme of blue, red, yellow and white. Love that this has pockets on both sides that are actually functional. Metal talon zipper and snap center closure. No tags, does not feel handmade though! I think these are JC Penney I found an ad with a pair that LOOKS JUST like it. No fabric tag, but its a seersucker, cotton fabric. Excellent vintage
