There is tons of fabric in the skirt and I love the wide ruffled edge

Empire waist: 13-14" flat across from side seam to side seam

The skirt is long and cut on an A-line with hidden pockets on each hip

Note that the belt shows some separation from the back leather backing where the glue has let go but presents perfectly from the front

This dress is clearly from that first collection and those very first prints designed by Rhodes

It is almost indescribable as to the cut and silhouette as it is tucked here with a seam, tacked there with a stitch, deliberately puffed there and buttons are offset, close with the seam protruding out, seams finished, seams left un constructed . the details are endless and stunning.
