Because of the nature of it and the way it runs and where it is placed I have decided to list it (at a loss) since I still feel it is wearable and is too sexy and fabulous not to potentially have a few more rounds out on the town with some fabulous girl

Once past the hip this changes to gathered draped panels of silk chiffon that open the skirt to add an interesting volume and movement that gives a nod to the bustle
