We made this by barrel aging our base Kölsch ‘Otto’ then dry hopping it with whole cone hops from Ryefields Hops in Bemboka

Lightly floral and crisp with a rich grain flavour

Slightly tart to the finish with light vanilla oak notes

Throughout the year my mum would gather any excess produce and find a way to preserve it

Extended contact time with Chardonnay pomace from Benson & the Mooch Wines. A lightly tart beer that finishes with a dry carbonic fizz of stone fruit, citrus, and vanilla. Lower carbonation for a more rounded fruit forward finish. Total ageing time 18 months 9 months in French oak Bottle Conditioned ABV. 6. 3%
