2024 Selection Massale Marlborough Chardonnay short sleeve We're thrilled to have sourcedTasting Note A taut Chardonnay with generosity of fruit and a slight but balanced presence of oak. Vinification The fruit was harvested from two vineyards in the Waihopai and Wairau Valleys of Marlborough. Gently pressed, the wine was fermented in a combination of seasoned French oak puncheons and stainless steel tank to maintain purity of french. Full malolactic fermentation, the wine was aged on fine yeast lees for 18 months prior to being bottled.
