The barrels blended were selected for their uplifting palette and good balance of oak and acidity. The result is a vibrant but complex beer, a tarter cousin of the 2021 Chardonnay blend. It bubbles with citrus and stone fruit on the back of an earthiness from its life on pomace. Total ageing time
