First stop was photographing the skyline across the lake with a steady breeze blowing

This image was taken in 2010 of the Denver Skyline as the city continues to grow

This allows the viewer to have a sense of place but puts the attention on the snow in the fresh spring growth

Just after arriving to Mendenhall Glacier  you could start to see them form in the sky however using a longer exposure they definitely do show up better with the camera

Once I found the location again I searched nearby for better areas and set-up my tripod be aware of small cactus in the area as well

On this visit to City Park I went to a familiar spot and zoomed into the city a little to capture the fresh grass of spring at the park on this spring day in Denver.
