Barrel Aged BOP (2024) not beer gooseberry and citrus fruitBOP is a Double Chocolate Rye Barrel Aged Imperial Stout made in collaboration with the California based, internationally recognized, 100% oak aged brewery Horus Aged Ales. Recreated for our 12 anniversary celebrations, this batch utilizes a strong foundation of roasted malts and an 8 hour boil to concentrate all those fermentable sugars, plus a mammoth amount of high quality Ghanaian cocoa nibs. The result is layers of rich, fudgy, intense flavour.
