Bodegas Emilio Moro Malleolus de Sanchomartin 2018 750ml zweigelt Flavors of bread doughThe vineyard is located on a terroir of a mixture of sandy clay, marl and limestone. Both malolactic fermentation and aging are carried out in new French oak barrels. The maturation takes 18 months. In the glass, the wine has an intense, deep cherry red color. Complex and elegant aromas with subtle, floral notes, that the liqueurs, mulberry and blackcurrant. The balsamic notes of the oak are perfectly integrated into the ensemble of the wine. Warm and
