There is a strong mediterranean influence in the Mas Mares vineyard where the constant wind results in smaller berries and clusters with thicker skins and bright acidity. Hand harvested with a slow gentle pressing, native yeast fermentation in tank, followed by 9 months aged in Neutral french oak.
