highly textured landscapes and botanical pieces using brushes and palette knives

and was struck by just how contemporary it was and how it stood out

and the wish to discover the ‘new’

Water, sky or the texture of the undergrowth, seen as a distant view or close up, are explored in this series through the lens of my expressive abstract art practice.
