Vines "Medley" No.4 (2019) full case and refermented on two varietiesVines is a series that celebrates barrel aged wild beer and wine grapes. No. 4 is a blend of barrel aged beers, each of which underwent a refermentation and conditioning on fruit skins. A riesling wild ale, chardonnay wild ale, gamay wild ale, and Shiro plum wild ale were blended together to create a final hybrid style evocative of orange wine.
